Are there any side effects of influnomide in children?

  Yansuuning Injection, is indicated for viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection. The main ingredient is Yansuunin.  When children are injected with Yansuuning Injection, the dosage should be reduced specifically according to the situation. After use, side effects may occur. The product has more side effects and may cause diarrhea in children. Allergic reactions may occur after the injection of Yansuuning, which may manifest as rash, itching, maculopapular rash, severe or even respiratory distress, edema, anaphylaxis, mostly at the first dose. Gastrointestinal reactions may occur after injection, manifesting as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and liver function damage has also been reported. Hematologic reactions, such as leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and purpura, may occur after injection. Thermogenic-like reactions may occur after injection, such as chills, fever, and even dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, tachycardia, and decrease in blood pressure.  It is important to note that influnsurenine should not be combined with acid or alkaline drugs or drugs containing sodium bisulfite or sodium metabisulfite as antioxidants. Yansuunin should not be combined with aminoglycosides and quinolones. If there is fever and shortness of breath during the use of Yansuunin, the drug should be stopped immediately. In case of anaphylaxis, take appropriate first aid measures immediately. This product needs to be freshly prepared before infusion, and it is prohibited when the drug properties change.
