Surgical closure of scars costs about$1000-2000. Scars are formed due to overgrowth of fibroblasts during the wound healing process, usually after the wound is not very tightly closed, or the wound becomes infected and needs to be filled with granulation tissue, fibroblasts, after the wound heals resulting in the formation of many scars. Or below the earlobes, above the neck, due to overgrowth of scar tissue can result. Usually during surgery, all scarred tissue needs to be removed, and the wound needs to be very regular, starting from the underside of the wound, which is the subcutaneous fat tissue, layer by layer, and ending with a suture to close the skin. Silk sutures are recommended, and the incision margins need to be perfectly aligned, and the sutures should be removed as soon as possible after the wound has healed. It is advisable to inject medication under the wound to prevent abnormal scar growth, or to perform radiotherapy under X-ray to prevent excessive scar growth.
