What is the reason for the pain on the inner side of the right thigh root in men?

Male patients present with pain in the right medial thigh root, not excluding that caused by an inguinal hernia, which manifests as a localized mass, especially after significant labor in the upright position, and disappears in the lying position. The cause is related to abdominal wall defects or developmental anomalies and is due to organs in the abdominal cavity, mainly the intestinal canal or the greater omentum through the deep ring of the inguinal canal, which protrudes from the external ring and reaches the subcutis. Repeated episodes can lead to local adhesions, so the patient may present with pain, abdominal distension, and in severe cases, nausea and vomiting. The most effective treatment for inguinal hernia is the option of surgical repair, including repair by open surgery, or hernia patch repair.
