Congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia is not curable. Congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia is mostly congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, a disease caused by the lack of enzymes in the synthesis of adrenocorticotropic hormone, which is an autosomal recessive disease, so it cannot be completely cured. Congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia is more common in girls. Clinical manifestations depend on the site of enzyme deficiency and the severity of the defect. It may cause problems such as masculinization of girls and precocious puberty in males. Once a diagnosis of congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia has been made, it needs to be treated with physiologic replacement therapy through medication based on the child’s age and weight, and usually requires lifelong medication. Congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia cannot be cured and should be treated with medication as prescribed by the doctor for long term treatment.
