Hypertension dizziness and sweating should be treated with lifestyle intervention therapy and antihypertensive medication, and rapid antihypertensive therapy if necessary.
1. Lifestyle intervention therapy: it is applicable to all hypertensive patients, including measures such as reducing body weight, decreasing sodium intake, supplementing with added salt, decreasing fat intake, quitting smoking and limiting alcohol, increasing exercise appropriately, maintaining a balanced state of mind, and supplementing with folic acid preparations when necessary.
2. Antihypertensive drug therapy: mainly including diuretics (such as tachycardia, furosemide), β-receptor antagonists (such as metoprolol), calcium channel blockers (such as nifedipine), angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (such as captopril) and so on, and the use of medication should be in accordance with the principles of small dosage, giving priority to the choice of long-acting agents, joint use of medication, and individualized to select the appropriate therapeutic strategy.
3. Rapid antihypertensive treatment: hypertensive patients suddenly appear dizziness, sweating, blurred vision and other symptoms should be alert to the occurrence of hypertensive emergency, that is, the blood pressure suddenly and obviously rise, then should be timely controlled blood pressure, generally need to control the blood pressure in 2~6 hours at 160/100mmHg or so, often choose sodium nitroprusside, nitroglycerin and other drugs that can rapidly lower blood pressure.
Hypertension, dizziness and sweating patients should be timely to the regular hospital, under the guidance of a professional doctor to use medication.
