When the patient has back pain with symptoms of vomiting, most of them are caused by diseases of the kidney or diseases of the urinary system, especially kidney stones. If the kidney stones are dislodged and reach the stenosis of the ureter, it can lead to the stones being stuck in the stenosis of the ureter, which will lead to severe pain in the lower back, and then pain and discomfort in the abdomen, which will stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and lead to the symptom of vomiting. The patient has to go to the hospital for a relevant examination, ultrasound and CT examination of the kidneys and ureter as well as urine tests for diagnosis.
