What are the symptoms of coughing up blood

Coughing up blood is a common clinical symptom of respiratory diseases, which can be seen in tuberculosis, lung tumor, lung abscess, and bronchial dilatation caused by various reasons, mainly because these diseases cause different degrees of damage to the lung mucosa and bronchial mucosa, which rupture the blood vessels in the mucosal wall. Blood tests can be performed, and double lung x-rays, CT or MRI can be taken. If there is an occupying lesion, such as a tumor, a biopsy can be taken for pathological examination to clarify the nature of the mass and to treat it accordingly in a timely manner. For patients with infection, anti-inflammatory drugs can be used. For hemoptysis patients can choose to use hemostatic drugs, such as hemostatin, hemostatic aromatic acid, vitamin C, and posterior pituitary hormone. If it is caused by a tumor, early surgical resection should be performed, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.
