Urticaria is a very common clinical inflammatory skin reaction that is closely related to a variety of allergic factors. The appearance of urticaria in winter is not different from its appearance in other seasons. Patients can apply antihistamines for oral administration, like loratadine, cetirizine, paracetamol, ibastine tablets, and fexofenadine, all of which can be bought in pharmacies and are effective. Many patients can effectively control urticaria attacks by simply applying antihistamines for oral administration. Some patients with localized urticaria can also be topically applied with glyburide lotion and glucocorticoid ointment. If the hives are generalized and oral medications are not effective, patients can be treated with intravenous glucocorticoids and calcium gluconate.
