The life expectancy of lymphatic tuberculosis cannot be generalized, but it is usually not life-threatening after early and standardized treatment. Lymphatic tuberculosis is a chronic systemic wasting disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and it can occur in many places, such as the neck, armpit, groin and lung gate. The main clinical manifestations are swollen lymph nodes, low fever in the afternoon, weakness and night sweats. Most patients can be cured after early, adequate and standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment, which will not affect their survival. Patients are advised to go to the hospital promptly after the diagnosis of lymphatic tuberculosis, actively cooperate with the specialist’s guidance for treatment, maintain a peaceful state of mind, have regular checkups, and pay attention to strengthening nutrition in general.
