Difference between general dentistry and endodontics

Endodontics is a sub-discipline under the sub-discipline of internal dentistry, which can be divided into internal dentistry, oral surgery, restorative dentistry and orthodontics. Among them, endodontics can be divided into endodontics, periodontics and oral mucosal disease. The general oral medicine department can view all the diseases related to the oral cavity, but it is not specialized for a particular disease. However, the endodontics department mainly specializes in endodontic diseases and mainly looks at dental defects, including caries, pulpitis, periapical inflammation and other diseases, so the doctors in the endodontics department are more specialized in these diseases.
