How does a cerebral infarction develop?

The root cause of cerebral infarction is that the blood vessels supplying blood to the brain have occlusion or narrowing lesions and cannot meet the functional metabolism of the brain. There are three causes of brain blood supply disorders: 1, vascular lesions: the most important and common are atherosclerosis and hypertensive small arteriosclerosis, which make the cerebral blood vessels narrow and the walls are not smooth, easily causing cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism. 2, changes in blood composition: such as increased blood lipids, cholesterol, fibrinogen content can increase blood viscosity, slowing cerebral blood flow, with cerebrovascular wall is not smooth, more likely to form thrombosis. 3.Change of blood flow: The high and low blood pressure and the size of the blood vessel lumen have the greatest influence on the blood flow. Before the occurrence of cerebral infarction there is often a chronic process, such as occlusion of cerebral vessels is after the process of unsmooth, thickening, narrowing and occlusion of the vessel wall.
