Patients will have obvious abdominal pressure pain, rebound pain and sometimes forced position, in addition, patients will have pale face, wet and cold extremities, cold sweat, fine pulse, decreased blood pressure, and in severe cases, there will be little or even no urine, and when the head is hit, it will also lead to skull and head injury and shock or coma.
