How long does it take for IVF to be put in and reach the bed

IVF transfer can be categorized into blastocyst transfer and zygotic stage embryo transfer, the former implanted 1 to 2 days after transfer, the latter implanted 3 to 4 days after transfer, the exact time varies from person to person.
1. Blastocyst transfer: this method is to transfer the embryo which has been cultured in vitro for about 5 to 6 days to the female uterus. Since blastocysts can adapt to the intrauterine environment better and the success rate of implantation is relatively high, blastocyst transfer is generally chosen in clinic. After blastocyst transfer, the embryo can be successfully implanted in about 1~2 days.
2. Ovulation stage embryo transfer: the embryo is cultured to the third day and transferred to the woman’s uterus, and it needs to develop into blastocyst in the body before implantation, so the implantation will take about 3 to 4 days, and the exact time is not fixed. The quality of the embryo, the physical quality of the mother, and the interference of the external environment can all affect the time of the embryo’s implantation, and even determine whether the implantation can be successful.
After the IVF is put in, you must pay attention to avoid sexual life and go to the hospital regularly to check the condition of the embryo to ensure the normal development of the IVF. Women should rest as much as possible and not do substantial exercise. Take medications regularly and in quantities, such as folic acid and progesterone preparations, etc. When using medications, they should follow the doctor’s instructions.
