Patients with tuberculosis cannot get a health certificate. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is spread mainly by airborne droplets, and the source of infection is open tuberculosis patients, that is, sputum-positive tuberculosis patients. Because of the risk of TB spreading to other people, the health certificate can not be issued. But do not worry too much, TB itself is a curable disease, as long as the regular anti-tuberculosis treatment, TB can basically be cured. If you are cured of TB, you can get a health certificate. Some TB patients will have fibrous nodule-like lesions in their lungs after being cured, which is commonly known as scar tissue, but this does not affect the health certificate.
