What do I need to do before a kidney transplant?

1.Adequate hemodialysis to improve cardiac function, correct anemia and control blood pressure. 2.According to the patient’s condition before kidney transplantation includes procedures such as original nephrectomy, splenectomy, cholecystectomy, release of urinary tract obstruction and correction of bladder dysfunction. 3.Blood group, HLA (histocompatibility antigen) typing and lymphocytotoxic test are performed before surgery. 4.Perform routine blood and urine, liver function, kidney function, coagulation function and immunological examination. 5.Take chest X-ray, do electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, ultrasound examination of liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen and kidney. 6.Do pathogenic examination: HBV, HCV, HIV, CMV, EBV, HPV, TB and pharyngeal swab, sputum, clean middle urine culture, etc. 7.Do a hemodialysis before or on the day of surgery. 8.Start immunosuppressants one day before surgery according to the patient’s different conditions. The drugs taken are: morte-macrolimus or imipramine or azathioprine. Better immunosuppressive regimens currently include: Tacrolimus + morte-macrolimus + prednisolone + Sullai; Cyclosporine A + morte-macrolimus + prednisolone + Sullai; Cyclosporine A + imipramine + prednisolone + Sullai; Tacrolimus + imipramine + prednisolone + Sullai. The quadruple combination has better and safer clinical outcomes than the triple combination (with the removal of sulforaphane) immunosuppressive regimen.
