What to do if you have acne on your face in your thirties

Acne in the thirties is often caused by acne, which can be improved through general care, medication, physical therapy and other ways.
1. 2. 3. Physical therapy: Mild to moderate acne can be combined with physical therapy such as red and blue light, while severe acne can be combined with photodynamic therapy to promote skin lesions to subside.
