Kidney stone 0.9cm in the kidney can be treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and open surgery.
1. Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy: It is mostly applied to kidney stones with a diameter of less than 2cm, which can be discharged on their own after being crushed by extracorporeal shock waves and turned into small pieces.
2. Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy: if extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy fails, ultrasound or X-ray guided, through the lumbar back of the fine needle puncture to reach the renal pelvis or calyx, dilation and establishment of the channel, in the nephrolithotripsy to remove stones or lithotripsy.
3. Open surgery: If the patient has renal pelvic ureteral obstruction combined with renal pelvic stone, the patient can be treated by pyelotomy and lithotripsy.
