Don’t mind protein powder if you’re afraid of hair loss

Whether you are a sleeve gastrectomy patient or for a bypass patient, it is recommended to take protein powder daily after surgery. It is true that many of my friends cannot stand the taste of protein powder. Sometimes it is not found to be a problem even after stopping for a short period of time. But if the body lacks protein for a long time, it will suddenly start losing hair. When hair loss is noticed, it is too late to take protein supplements, so I can only advise them to take it slowly. Some patients lose weight and become young and beautiful, but if the patient lacks protein it can make the skin sag and seem to age several years at once. We recommend 30g to 70g of protein supplementation for post-operative patients. How do you make protein powder go down better? Protein powder does not taste good, so some patients eat it with rice or put it in their porridge. In short, it makes the taste of protein powder less pronounced. If the protein intake is not enough, the hair is likely to appear dry and easy to short phenomenon, which leads to hair loss appear. For post-operative patients who are afraid of hair loss, protein powder can be difficult to eat, but also bite the bullet and insist on taking it.
