Symptoms of intercostalitis

Symptoms of intercostal neuritis generally refer to the symptoms at the onset of intercostal neuritis, including the symptoms at the onset of intercostal neuritis and the symptoms of the primary disease causing intercostal neuritis. 1. Symptoms at the onset of intercostal neuritis: pain in the chest and abdomen, pain from the back to the front along the corresponding ribcage area in a semi-circular (band) distribution, stinging or burning pain, coughing, deep breathing or sneezing when the pain is aggravated. 2. The primary diseases of intercostal neuritis are many, and the common diseases and symptoms are as follows: (1) Patients with ankylosing spondylitis may have back pain and spinal deformity. (2) Thoracic spine tumor patients may be combined with paraplegia, incontinence and other symptoms. (3) Herpes zoster virus infection may be associated with headache, low-grade fever, nasal congestion, fatigue, and skin herpes. (4) Trauma such as rib fracture and chest surgery may be associated with swelling, pain and dysfunction at the site of injury. For patients with intercostalitis, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.
