1. Pneumonia: when pneumonia continues to develop and the solid lesions are confined to the alveoli, the imaging examination may show dotted high-density shadows of different sizes; the main clinical symptoms are fever, chills, cough, sputum, which may be accompanied by chest pain and dyspnea.
2. Tuberculosis: Imaging examination may show high density, clear and sharp edges, single spot-like shadow of different sizes; the clinical process is mostly chronic, manifested by respiratory symptoms such as coughing, coughing up sputum, blood in sputum, hemoptysis, etc., which may be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as low-grade fever, malaise and night sweating.
3. Lung cancer: Lung cancer can also appear as single punctate high-density shadow in imaging examination, and the main clinical symptoms are cough, sputum with blood, dyspnea and so on.
