How long does PD1 therapy take to work

PD1 is an immunotherapy, which usually takes effect after 1~2 months. PD1 drugs such as Sindilizumab, Trepolizumab, Pabolizumab, etc. are used for immunotherapy of tumors, usually one course of treatment every 21 days, and blood and imaging tests are repeated after 2 courses of use to assess the effectiveness. Most of the drugs work after 1~2 months, the mass will shrink or the symptoms will be reduced, a few will take a little longer. PD1 treatment is recommended for 1 to 2 years when patients are effectively treated and have not developed drug resistance. PD1 treatment should only be used if contraindications (e.g., active stage of infectious diseases, severe infections, etc.) are excluded; adverse reactions include allergy, nausea, and vomiting. Use the medication as prescribed by the physician.
