For those with indications for antiviral therapy, interferon therapy can be applied before pregnancy with a view to completing treatment in the first six months of pregnancy, and reliable contraception should be used during treatment. tenofovir disoproxil fumarate antiviral therapy can be used if the application of interferon is not suitable or if treatment fails. For untreated ones in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, if hepatitis B virus DNA > 2×10^5 IU/mL, it is recommended to start antiviral treatment in the 24th-28th weeks of pregnancy with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or telbivudine, and to inject hepatitis B immunoglobulin and hepatitis B vaccine within 12 hours after the birth of the baby.
