Frequent urination after pyrazosin infusion for renal pelvis cancer

He was discharged from hospital for 4 weeks in good condition and started bladder instillation of piroplasin from the third week, three at a time with one hour retention, and today is the seventh instillation. From the fifth time onwards, there are symptoms of frequent and painful urination, no other symptoms, taking antibiotics is ineffective, what should I do now, how many more instillations are needed, and whether I need to change the medication. In fact, the chance of bladder cancer occurring in renal pelvic cancer is not very high, and there are also chemotherapy without bladder irrigation.
