Pro-sleep myoclonus Myopia: This is a muscle jumping disease that occurs frequently in the normal population, 70% of the normal population has a similar experience, also often appears when just falling asleep and about to wake up, manifested as a sudden shaking of a part of the body, patients often wake up suddenly because of this reason. If it is a falling sensation during sleep that can occur while dreaming, this condition does not require special treatment, if frequent episodes are related to excessive fatigue and mental tension.
