Difference between raw and cooked angelica

Wine angelica is good at activating blood and tonifying blood and regulating menstruation, mostly used for blood stasis and menstrual closure, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, rheumatism and paralysis, etc.; fried angelica can tonify the blood without causing slippery bowels, mostly used for blood deficiency and loose stools (feces thin and unshaped), abdominal pain, and abdominal pain in the middle jiao deficiency and cold; angelica charcoal is mainly used for stopping hemorrhage and blood, mostly used for leakage in collapse, menstruation and excessive menstruation, hemorrhage and blood deficiency.
