Minimally invasive surgical treatment of deep brain tumors

The deep tumor immediately adjacent to the motor center already had preoperative unfavorable left limb movement. In order to reduce the risk of postoperative hemiparesis, the tumor was precisely localized under stereotactic navigation, and the deep tumor was completely removed with a cortical fistula (the diameter of which was only the size of a dollar coin) in the non-motor area, with no aggravation of limb movement symptoms after surgery. [Precision + minimally invasive = good efficacy].
