What are the early clinical manifestations of invasive lung cancer?

Most of the early stage patients of invasive lung cancer are mostly asymptomatic and may have symptoms such as irritating cough and wheezing, which cannot be generalized.
Invasive lung cancer belongs to a type of non-small cell lung cancer, which may originate from the epithelium of bronchial mucosa, mucous glands of the large bronchial tubes, and its disease types may include invasive adenocarcinoma, microinvasive adenocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma in situ and so on.
Due to the slow progression of the disease, its early symptoms are not obvious. Some patients may have mild, paroxysmal, irritating cough with occasional wheezing, dyspnea, fever and other symptoms, which can be mistaken as upper respiratory tract infection and not easy to pay attention to.
With the development of the disease, patients may have intermittent or persistent blood in sputum, a small amount of hemoptysis, accompanied by chest pain. If the patient has brain metastasis, bone metastasis, joint metastasis, abdominal organ metastasis, headache, nausea, bone and joint pain, constipation, abdominal pain and other symptoms may occur.
Once patients have symptoms of suspected invasive lung cancer, they need to go to regular hospitals, find out the cause of the disease and actively receive treatment.
