Staging of B-cell lymphoma

Types of B-cell lymphoma may include small cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and condylomatous lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, and splenic marginal lymphoma, and mucosa-associated lymphoma, and hairy cell lymphoma. The specific typing of the lymphoma is determined by the specific pathologic pattern of the lymphoma, immunohistochemistry, and, if necessary, molecular biology, genetics, and other tests. Firstly, from the immunophenotyping point of view, CD5-positive lymphoma is mainly small cell lymphoma and condylomatous lymphoma, but the specific small cell or condylomatous lymphoma needs to be further clarified by immunohistochemistry, while CD5-negative and CD10-negative can be seen in follicular lymphoma or splenic marginal zone or hairy cell lymphoblastoid leukemia.
