What is Thiotepa fegestatin injection used for?

Thiopeporfinogastrin Injection is mainly used to prevent myelosuppression occurring in adult patients with non-myeloid malignancies treated with anticancer drugs and to reduce the incidence of infections manifested by febrile neutropenia. Thiotepa fegfilgrastim injection is an antitumor agent and immunomodulator. The mechanism of action is that granulocyte stimulating factor binds to the surface receptors of hematopoietic cells and then acts on hematopoietic cells, thereby stimulating the activation of proliferation, differentiation, stereotyping and mature cell function. This product should be used 48 hours after the end of chemotherapeutic drug administration. The use of Thiotepa Fegestrin Injection should be monitored for routine blood counts, with special attention to changes in neutrophil counts. The specific use of dosage should be used under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be used arbitrarily.
