Cervical lesions are cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) or cervical precancerous lesions, which reflect the continuous process of cervical cancer occurrence and development over a relatively long period of time. High-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the main cause of CIN, so it is said that CIN can be prevented and treated. Main symptoms: Most patients have no obvious symptoms, but can have increased leukorrhea, bloody or watery discharge, irregular or contact bleeding, etc. Health education and guidance: 1. CIN and cervical cancer can be prevented by paying attention to sexual hygiene and preventing HPV infection. 2. Early diagnosis and early treatment. Regular screening cytology (traditional Pap smear/CCT/TCT) or HPV-DNA examination, and follow medical advice for re-examination or colposcopy, biopsy and pathological histological diagnosis in case of abnormalities. Treatment of cervical lesions: 1. Observation, physical therapy, follow-up. 2. Minimally invasive surgical treatment such as LEEP or TCRC, etc. 3.Cold knife conization (CKC) or total hysterectomy. 4.HPV vaccine is the most promising means of prevention and treatment.
