What’s wrong with children’s back pain

Back pain in children may be caused by intercostal neuritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dorsal fasciitis and so on. 1. Intercostal neuritis: If the patient is traumatized or suffers from herpes zoster, the intercostal nerves may be irritated, and when the intercostal nerves are damaged, intercostal neuritis will be caused, so children will experience back pain. 2. Ankylosing spondylitis: Ankylosing spondylitis is a systemic inflammatory reaction. If children suffer from this disease, inflammatory cells may gather in large quantities in localized areas and release inflammatory factors, so children may experience back pain. 3. Fasciitis of the back: Fasciitis of the back is mostly caused by chronic strain injury. When the local fascia of the patient undergoes fibrotic changes, the soft tissues may be in a state of high tension, resulting in small tearing injuries, which leads to the symptoms of pain in the back of the child. It is recommended that children should go to the hospital in time for a comprehensive examination to rule out back soft tissue injuries and back trauma and other diseases, to be clear after the cause of the disease and then do the appropriate treatment.
