Sclerosing lymphangitis is not usually carried permanently and is usually curable. Sclerosing lymphangitis is due to the obstruction of the lymphatic vessels of the penis and subcutaneous tissues for various reasons, which results in the severe manifestation of lymphangitis. The main manifestation is the appearance of hard-textured strips in the coronal or ventral aspect of the penis, usually without pain or discomfort. As the clinical manifestations of the disease do not usually affect the body, treatment is usually not necessary after diagnosis, but ultrasound, diathermy or ultraviolet radiation may be considered if pain is present. These symptoms usually improve with standardized treatment. However, in some cases, sclerosing lymphangitis is not easily cured and may persist for a long time. Once sclerosing lymphangitis is detected, it is recommended to go to the hospital to see a professional doctor for examination and consultation to determine a more specialized treatment plan.
