Ultrasound examination of uterine adnexa, mainly to see whether the uterus recovers well, whether there is fluid in the uterine cavity, whether there is meconium residue and the healing of the scar on the uterus. Pelvic floor muscle assessment, mainly to observe whether there is pelvic floor muscle relaxation and urinary incontinence, if necessary, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment. 4. Ask the mother if she has any comorbidities such as diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy, and if she has anemia during pregnancy and after delivery, and decide to perform further tests such as routine blood, urine and glucose tolerance test.
