Why can’t I get pregnant?

Not getting pregnant can be caused by both sides of the couple, such as women’s ovarian dysfunction, chronic cervicitis, men’s varicocele and other causes.
1. Tubal obstruction: mostly caused by inflammation of the fallopian tubes, the fallopian tubes have an important role in transporting sperm, ingesting eggs and transporting fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity, and tubal obstruction hinders the passage of sperm and fertilized eggs, which may lead to non-pregnancy all the time.
2. Chronic cervicitis: mainly manifested as increased leucorrhoea, often irritating the vulva causing vulvar discomfort and itching, more viscous purulent leucorrhoea impedes the upward mobility of sperm, which can lead to infertility.
3. Varicocele in men: it will lead to premature shedding of sperms, affecting the endocrine function of testicular mesenchyme, which in turn will lead to reduced number of sperms, abnormal morphology and low vitality, and ultimately may lead to infertility.
In addition to the above reasons, there may be other reasons for not getting pregnant, it is recommended that both husband and wife consult a doctor for relevant examinations to clarify the causes of targeted treatment.
