Shortness of breath and coughing in the chest

When you have a cough with chest tightness and shortness of breath, you may be suffering from bronchitis or asthma. To completely eliminate the chest tightness when coughing, first cure the disease that triggers this symptom. 1. After suffering from bronchitis, the bronchial mucosa becomes congested and edematous, and the mucosal epithelial damage becomes more sensitive to foreign substances. If you come in contact with smoke or excessively spicy food, you will feel discomfort. Bronchitis may be caused by infection by pathogens (such as viruses, bacteria, mycoplasma, etc.), or stimulation by chemicals, or exposure to allergens. 2. A chronic cough accompanied by chest tightness may also be caused by asthma. The cough caused by this disease mostly attacks and worsens at night and in the morning. Some patients can be relieved without medication. In other patients, medication is required for improvement. Asthma may be related to genetics, parents have a history of asthma, the child is also prone to asthma. 3. Asthma may also be related to pollen and mental stress. If you feel tightness in your chest when you cough, and also mostly at night and early in the morning, you should suspect if you have asthma and need to go to the hospital for examination. Staying away from substances that make you allergic, strengthening your exercise, enhancing your physical fitness and relaxing can effectively prevent you from developing bronchitis or asthma. Don’t be shy about seeking medical attention when you get sick, and get treatment as soon as possible.
