Prevention of asthma in spring

  Spring is the season of recovery but the high incidence of asthma. There are several reasons for this: 1. According to these characteristics in spring, we suggest asthma patients to: 1) “cover the spring and freeze the fall”, pay attention to keep warm to avoid catching cold and cold and cold air stimulation to trigger asthma. 2) Try not to go to crowded places.  2. Keep the room warm and dry, pay attention to ventilation and light, and wash and dry bedding regularly to reduce the growth of dust mites and molds.  Most of the factors that cause the onset of asthma are difficult to avoid completely, so timely preventive treatment is very important. Start inhaling corticosteroids such as budesonide, fluticasone, etc., or taking oral anti-allergy drugs such as ketotifen, cetirizine, etc. before the prone season.
