1.Sudden difficulty in breathing when working or going up the stairs; 2.Sudden difficulty in breathing when sleeping, and then improve when sitting up; 3.Puffiness of lower limbs, reduced urine output; 4.Coughing, phlegm, panic, breath-holding without cold; 5.Insomnia, fatigue, loss of appetite; 6.Worsening of the disease, twitching of limbs, apnea, cyanosis, but immediately after the attack, back to normal; 7.Lower blood pressure, faster heart rate, pale face 8.Extreme difficulty in breathing, choking sensation, coughing and coughing out a lot of pink foamy sputum. If 1-5 of the above symptoms can be matched, it is a typical manifestation of early heart failure and should be noticed; if 6 of them can be matched, it is a cardiac syncope caused by cerebral ischemia; if all of them are present, it is a manifestation of acute pulmonary edema.
