What is the method of breathing training

1.Passive training: 1.Sitting position: The therapist stands behind the patient and places both hands on the 11th and 12th ribs of the patient, allowing him/her to breathe naturally, and at the end of exhalation the therapist gives appropriate squeeze to squeeze out the residual exhalation. 2.Supine position: the therapist stands on the patient’s side, the method is basically the same, the squeeze should be pushed upward and inward. Second, active training: 1, smell the flowers: as if there is a pot of flowers in front of you, inhale deeply into its aroma, control for a while and then slowly exhale. 2, blowing candles: simulate blowing out birthday candles, inhale deeply and then blow evenly and slowly for as long as possible, reaching 25-30 seconds to pass. 3, clench your teeth, after a deep breath, from the teeth “sizzle —–” sound, and strive to smoothly and evenly lasting. 4, counting: from one to ten, back and forth cycle, how many times a breath can be counted on how many times, to count clear and loud.
