Scald does not necessarily need to take anti-inflammatory drugs, if there are signs of infection, you can take antibiotics, wound medication and other treatments. When the burn wound is small and shallow, the wound can be sterilized with iodine vapour and treated with moist burn cream and comfrey burn cream; if the wound is large, the wound can be sterilized with iodine vapour and treated with bandages and regular medication changes; if the wound is deeper, surgical treatment is needed if necessary. If the wound appears red, swollen, purulent secretion and other signs of infection, need to be anti-infection treatment. If the wound infection symptoms are not serious, in addition to strengthening the wound cleaning and dressing change, can take amoxicillin, cefaclor and other antibiotics to prevent infection; if the infection is serious, need to be used intravenously with levofloxacin, ceftriaxone sodium and other antibiotic treatment. Patients should go to regular hospitals to get regular treatment after burns.
