In the outpatient clinic, we sometimes encounter repeated vaginal bleeding in the three months after delivery, which should be viewed separately and analyzed as follows: 1. ultrasound to rule out the presence of fetal membrane or blood residue in the uterine cavity, some patients will bleed repeatedly because of fetal membrane residue, if this situation occurs, we need to deal with the residue; 2. some patients bleed repeatedly but there is no residue in the uterus, this situation is mainly because about 14 days after delivery The uterus contracts, but the repair time of the endometrium will be longer, such as 6-8 weeks. That is, after the placenta abrupts and the uterus shrinks after delivery, it takes 6-8 weeks for the endometrium to slowly cover the whole uterus, and it will not bleed after covering. However, in some patients, the endometrium does not grow well during the growth of the uterus, and sometimes it does not grow well and the woman bleeds repeatedly, or sometimes this endometrium does not grow well. In this case, if the woman does not have a combination of stomach pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, abnormal odor, and there is no large amount of bleeding, it can be left untreated and good contraception can be done.
