Scalded hands need the following treatment: cool water rinse, disinfection bandage, topical medication, if the area of the burn is large, or deeper, some patients need surgical treatment.
1. cool water rinse: after the burned hand, need to immediately with cool water to fully rinse, can make the local temperature lower, so as to prevent further aggravation of burns.
2. Disinfection and bandage: If the tissue is broken, it needs to be disinfected and bandaged in a timely manner, usually with iodophor disinfection, which has a bactericidal effect and prevents infection, and then applied with oil gauze and sterile gauze for bandaging.
3. Topical medication: the wound can be treated with topical medication, can be used externally with the role of decay and muscle growth of traditional Chinese medicine, such as wet burns cream, growth factors and so on.
4. Surgical treatment, if the area of the burn is relatively large, or the depth of the burn is relatively deep, surgical treatment may be required, such as debridement, skin grafting and so on.
Patients need to go to the hospital, the doctor will determine the severity of the burns, and then can be treated accordingly.
