How does pediatric herpes pharyngitis cause

Pediatric herpes pharyngitis is mainly caused by viral infections, and the more common type of virus is coxsackievirus. It can be transmitted through the respiratory tract or through close contact. Therefore, patients with herpes pharyngitis need to be isolated after the onset of the disease and should be seen by a pediatrician or otorhinolaryngologist as soon as possible, and blood tests and indirect laryngoscopy are recommended to initially determine the extent of the disease. Some patients with mild inflammatory reactions and clinical symptoms may recover on their own, but they need to be reviewed regularly to observe changes in their condition. If the inflammatory response is heavy and the clinical symptoms are obvious, antiviral medication needs to be considered, along with nebulization, and the treatment period is usually about one week.
