Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a common and serious complication and one of the main causes of death in the late stage of hypertensive disease, with a high death and disability rate. It has become one of the three major diseases that cause death in China, and is a serious threat to people’s health. In recent years, the “small bone window hematoma removal for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage” carried out in our department has the features of small incision (about 5cm), small trauma, complete hematoma removal and low postoperative rebleeding compared with the conventional “large bone flap intracranial hematoma removal” used in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the past. It has the characteristics of small incision (about 5cm), small trauma, complete removal of hematoma and low chance of rebleeding after surgery, which greatly reduces the mortality and disability rate of this disease. We welcome all patients to visit our department.
