What’s the cure for shaking hands?

Hand shaking can be caused by physiological factors, but it can also be caused by hyperthyroidism, idiopathic tremor, Parkinson’s disease and other causes. Different causes have different treatment methods, mainly general treatment, drug treatment or surgical treatment.
1. Physiological factors: If the hand shaking is caused by physiological factors such as hand muscle strain or emotional excitement. Usually there is no need for special treatment, it is recommended to pay more attention to rest, avoid excessive hand activities, and at the same time regulate their emotions, which is conducive to the gradual alleviation of symptoms.
2. Hyperthyroidism: If the hand tremor is caused by hyperthyroidism, it can be treated with antithyroid drugs such as methimazole and propylthiouracil.
3. Idiopathic tremor: If the hand shaking is caused by idiopathic tremor, no special treatment is needed, but if the symptoms are serious, we need to consider applying drugs such as propranolol and Almagest, to reduce the tremor of the limbs.
4. Parkinson’s disease: If the hand shaking is caused by Parkinson’s disease, drugs such as levodopa, amantadine hydrochloride, phenazopyridine hydrochloride and so on can be applied to improve the clinical symptoms. If necessary, surgical treatment should be considered, such as deep brain electrical stimulation surgery.
Hand shaking, after excluding physiological factors, should be early to seek medical attention, clear cause, give targeted treatment, do not blindly self-medication.
