The pain level of advanced bone metastases from lung cancer is divided into mild, moderate and severe. If the pain is mild, it can be relieved by giving general analgesic drugs with longer intervals and smaller doses of drugs, such as non-steroidal drugs like aspirin. Moderate pain generally lasts more frequently, the analgesic effect of ordinary drugs is poor, and the patient’s progressive failure is accompanied by cachexia and malnutrition. If pain is to be relieved, nutrition needs to be enhanced and human albumin infusion can effectively reduce pain, and pain medications such as tramadol can be used. If the pain is severe, the patient has frequent pain time, accompanied by severe pain and distension of bone metastasis, which is unbearable, morphine needs to be given orally, and fentanyl transdermal patch can also be given and replaced once in 72 hours for comprehensive treatment to control the patient’s pain as much as possible. In conclusion, the pain of lung cancer bone metastasis is divided into mild, moderate and severe cases, which vary according to the patient’s pain tolerance level, and different degrees of analgesic drugs can be used according to the different nature of pain.
