What is the problem of double vision in my eyes?

Ocular double vision is usually a condition of diplopia or hyperopia in which the patient can see two or more shadows, thus causing difficulty in seeing objects clearly and causing inconvenience in life. It is usually seen in extraocular muscle paralysis due to various diseases such as viral infections, diabetes, cerebral infarction, systemic diseases such as myasthenia gravis, and eye diseases such as astigmatism, age-related cataracts, lens ectasia and macular oedema.
