If dizziness and discomfort at the back of the neck occur, elderly patients with previous hypertension and diabetes should undergo cranial MRI to understand whether there is acute cerebral infarction. 3. After dizziness and discomfort at the back of the neck occur, patients should also be asked about their previous sleep conditions. The patient may even have generalized somatic discomfort.
