With the progressive understanding of breast cancer, the standardization of clinical treatment and the widespread use of adjuvant therapies (such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy), the clinical cure rate of early-stage breast cancer has gradually increased. Based on this, the rate of breast-conserving surgery for early-stage breast cancer patients is gradually increasing. Although, the traditional breast-conserving surgery preserves most of the breast tissue, the damage to the breast shape is still serious and cannot achieve the initial purpose of breast conservation. At present, people pay more attention to the quality of life after breast cancer surgery while ensuring the effectiveness of breast cancer treatment, and one of the important aspects is to maintain the symmetry and perfection of breast shape. In fact, for some patients, it is not complicated to achieve this goal, and does not require the placement of artificial implants or complicated autologous tissue transplantation, but only requires a slight plastic filling of part of the breast fat tissue flap and careful incision design to maintain the shape of the breast in a more ideal way and recreate the beauty of female health.
