Shoulder joint reset method mainly adopts foot stirrup method, the injured person lies supine on the bed, the operator stands on the affected side, the palm of the foot is placed in the patient’s armpit, hold the patient’s wrist with both hands, and start to slightly abduct and pull along the longitudinal axis of the upper limb, at the same time, the palm of the foot to the place of the axillary part of the stirrups and push the axillary part, continue for 1-2 minutes and then externally rotate the upper limb and mildly retracted. If there is a sudden popping sensation, it means that it has been reset. If anesthesia is not used, the shoulder can resume activities immediately and the symptoms disappear. In case of difficulty, the traction time can be prolonged, so that the patient’s muscles can be relaxed, and the injured limb can be rotated internally and externally to get rid of the obstruction of the biceps tendon, and then reset by the above method. Generally, anesthesia is not used, but if the muscles are particularly developed or the patient is mentally nervous, intravenous general anesthesia or cervical plexus and brachial plexus anesthesia can be used to carry out the reset.
