Severe sinusitis should be treated by antibiotics, glucocorticosteroids, anti-allergy drugs, etc. It can be cured, but it is difficult to be completely eradicated and easy to recur.
1. Antibiotics: acute bacterial infection caused by sinusitis is more serious, must be taken as soon as possible to control the condition of antibiotics, such as metronidazole, tinidazole and cefixime.
2. Nasal cleansing: Use nasal rinsing solution (saline/saline+gentamicin+dexamethasone/saline+metronidazole+dexamethasone) to clean the nasal cavity every day to remove nasal secretions and germs.
3. Nasal sprays
(1) Nasal decongestant: Nasal decongestant can constrict the blood vessels of nasal mucosa, which is used to relieve nasal congestion, runny nose and other symptoms, such as hydroxymetazoline, ephedrine and so on.
(2) Glucocorticoid sprays: such as budesonide nasal spray, with anti-inflammatory effect, reduce nasal mucosal congestion and swelling.
4. Anti-allergic drugs: allergic sinusitis is caused by allergens, taking anti-allergic drugs such as loratadine and other anti-allergic drugs, is the key to treatment.
It is recommended that patients consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor for standardized systemic cause-specific treatment, to avoid delays in the condition.
